Alberto Rivera is a Commercial Real Estate Advisor at Blueprint Commercial, bringing a unique combination of real estate, construction, and operational experience to his work with property owners and investors. His approach is grounded in understanding not only the transaction itself, but the physical asset, its potential, and the business objectives behind it.

As a Florida Certified General Contractor and longtime construction professional, Alberto has spent more than a decade working across residential and commercial construction, project management, capital improvements, and property operations. His experience gives him a practical perspective when evaluating commercial properties, allowing him to recognize construction considerations, potential value-add opportunities, and challenges that may extend beyond the numbers on a spreadsheet.

Alberto is particularly passionate about investment sales and working with owners of shopping centers and other income-producing commercial properties. He approaches each relationship with an owner’s mindset, focusing on understanding the client’s objectives, evaluating available options, and helping them make informed decisions that support both immediate needs and long-term goals.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida and is completing his MBA with an emphasis in Construction Management from Boise State University. In addition to his Florida real estate license, Alberto holds a Florida Certified General Contractor license and continues to build his expertise across construction, commercial real estate, and property investment.

Originally from Puerto Rico and now based in Central Florida, Alberto is bilingual in English and Spanish and has built his career around entrepreneurship, real estate, and construction. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, staying active, and continually learning about real estate, business, and investing.
