The profound joy of having a positive emotional impact on others set the course for his career. Driven to recreate that connection, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Film from Full Sail University, launching what would become an eight-year freelance career in videography. Today, based in Orlando, Florida, Jonathan is a dynamic professional whose background uniquely bridges cinematic media, elite hospitality, and commercial real estate.

 

In the media production space, Jonathan specializes in fast-paced live event videography and cinematic audio-visual storytelling. Over his career, he has captured high-stakes environments and exclusive lifestyles, working directly with celebrities, high-earning entrepreneurs, and professional athletes. His lens has documented everything from intense boxing tournaments in Tampa to luxury homes in Fort Lauderdale and private corporate events for billionaires. Operating independently, he handles everything from intimate on-camera interviews to high-level digital campaigns, routinely delivering high-impact content that elevates brand presence.

 

That same drive to connect with people translated seamlessly into five years serving the hospitality industry. Working in high-stakes environments as a hotel VIP coordinator, Jonathan developed exceptional skills in effective communication by mastering the art of listening. Whether prominent guests were opening up about their marriages, careers, children, or vacations, Jonathan learned how to truly engage, read people, and anticipate their needs. He consistently delivered seamless experiences, realizing that the core of premium service—just like filmmaking—is making people feel genuinely heard and valued.

 

Now, Jonathan is bringing that exact energy and high-level relationship-building into a new beginning in commercial real estate. His foundational knowledge of the industry was established during a specialized real estate internship, which provided hands-on insights into market dynamics and client representation. Motivated by the belief that his greatest potential lies in connecting with people and sharing their stories, he is actively immersing himself in the Central Florida market. His goal is to serve the same caliber of entrepreneurs, executives, and decision-makers in CRE that he has supported throughout his media and hospitality careers.
