Brooke Quttaineh is the Principal and a Licensed Real Estate Broker at Blueprint Commercial, LLC, a brokerage she founded to deliver strategic real estate solutions for landlords, tenants, and investors. She specializes in landlord representation, tenant representation, and investment sales across Central Florida and select outside markets.

Previously, Brooke served as Vice President of Retail Services at her former brokerage, where she was responsible for growing the firm’s retail portfolio from 130,000 square feet to more than 700,000 square feet. Over the course of her career, she has successfully completed 150+ transactions, advising clients on leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio growth strategies.

As an investor herself, Brooke brings a unique perspective to every transaction, structuring deals with both ownership goals and long-term growth in mind. Despite women representing less than 15% of commercial real estate investors, she is committed to shifting that landscape and empowering more women to build wealth through real estate.

Born and raised in Central Florida, Brooke has a deep-rooted connection to the Orlando community. She attended Seminole High School and Seminole State College-- once a Seminole, always a Seminole!

Brooke holds the CCIM designation and is an active member of ICSC and CREW Orlando, where she serves on the Board of Directors as the Director of Future Leaders.
