Cheyenne Matos

Cheyenne Matos serves as Managing Director at Blueprint Commercial, where she brings over a decade of experience across all facets of commercial real estate. She began her career as an intern at a retail brokerage and development firm before helping launch the brokerage she previously worked at.

Early on, Cheyenne gained extensive experience in site selection for national retailers, as well as tenant and landlord representation and investment sales. During her time helping build her former firm, she developed a well-rounded expertise in brokerage, operations, and marketing, giving her a 360° perspective on the business.

At Blueprint Commercial, Cheyenne combines her strategic insight with hands-on experience to deliver thoughtful, results-driven solutions for clients. Her background in both brokerage and operations allows her to approach challenges with creativity, precision, and a deep understanding of how to maximize value.

Cheyenne is an active member of ICSC and CREW Orlando, where she contributes on the Future Leaders Philanthropic Subcommittee, UCREW, and Communications Committees. She is also a graduate of Valencia College.

Beyond her professional life, Cheyenne is a proud wife to her partner of 15 years, mom to her teenage son, JJ, and dog-mom to her goofy labradoodle, Chewy. She is a self-professed health enthusiast who loves the outdoors, reading, and finding new ways to learn and grow.
