Blueprint Takes on CREW Network Convention 2025 in ATX

Last week, we (Brooke & Cheyenne) had the incredible opportunity to attend our very first CREW Network Convention in Austin, Texas.... and what an unforgettable experience it was! As active members of CREW Orlando, we’ve always known the value this organization brings locally, but seeing the national network in action gave us a whole new appreciation for how powerful CREW truly is.

Experiencing this convention together as founders of Blueprint Commercial, was energizing, educational, and deeply affirming of the work we do every day.

We kicked things off with the First-Time Attendee Orientation, where we learned the ins and outs of the CREW app for organizing our days and connecting with other attendees by simply scanning their contact cards. From there, it was a whirlwind of learning, networking, and inspiration.

The Marketplace was one of the most fun and memorable parts of the week; a vibrant mix of vendors, incredible giveaways, and nonstop networking. We’re not exaggerating when we say these were some of the best raffles we’ve ever seen- both of us even walked away with beautiful Kendra Scott bracelets! The energy in the room was contagious, and it was such a great place to make genuine connections in a relaxed, upbeat environment.

A few sessions that truly resonated with us included:

• Advanced Negotiation Strategies, which added new vocabulary and structure to the approaches we already use in brokerage- from understanding client psychology to leading with empathy and clarity.

  
  

• The AI in Commercial Real Estate session, which gave us a forward-looking perspective on how technology is shaping our field and what brokers can do to stay ahead.

  
  

• Entrepreneurs Paving the Way, which quickly became a favorite. Hearing from women who have built their firms from the ground up was incredibly motivating. The conversation around risk, resilience, and redefining success hit home- and inspired us to apply for the new Founders Council as soon as we returned.

  
  

• The Networking Lab: Real Talk, Real Tactics, which Cheyenne attended, was another standout session that dove into how to make the most of networking opportunities: from elevating first impressions to creating meaningful follow-up connections. The conversation was refreshingly candid and full of practical takeaways that we’re already implementing in our daily business development strategies.

  
  

Spotlight: CREW Orlando’s Cindy Campbell

One of the most meaningful moments of the week was a fireside chat hosted by CREW Orlando’s very own Cindy Campbell on Work–Life Balance. Cindy brought authenticity, humor, and vulnerability to a topic so many of us struggle with. It felt like a collective reset — a reminder to protect our time, give ourselves grace, and define what fulfillment really looks like both personally and professionally. We were incredibly proud to see one of our own leading such an impactful session.

The convention closed with a keynote from Prime Minister Dame Jacinda Ardern, whose words on empathetic leadership and authenticity were a perfect note to end on.

We left Austin recharged — with fresh ideas, new connections, and a renewed appreciation for the strength of the CREW community both locally and nationally.

Next year’s CREW Network Convention will be held at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach, and we’re already looking forward to rallying a strong Orlando presence! If you’ve ever considered attending, take this as your sign to go. It's more than a conference, it’s an experience that stays with you.
