We are excited to welcome Stephanie Marsan to the Blueprint Commercial team as an Advisor, bringing a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach to office leasing and sales across Central Florida.

Stephanie joins Blueprint with a clear philosophy: commercial real estate is about more than transactions. It is about creating environments where people and organizations can thrive. Her work is rooted in trust, clarity, and long-term relationships, helping clients make confident, strategic decisions that align with both immediate needs and long-term goals.

A Consultative, People-First Approach

A natural connector, Stephanie excels at understanding complex situations, asking the right questions, and guiding clients toward solutions that balance priorities, resources, and vision. Her background in talent acquisition and nonprofit development has shaped a consultative, collaborative style that translates seamlessly into commercial real estate. With a strong foundation in client relations, account management, and strategic communications, she brings perspective from multiple industries and applies it with intention to every engagement.

Education, Credentials, and Professional Growth

Stephanie holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of South Florida and is actively advancing her commercial real estate expertise as a CCIM Candidate. She has completed CCIM 101 and 102, participated in the CCIM Mentorship Program in 2025, and was awarded the CCIM 103 Scholarship for 2026. Her commitment to education and professional growth reflects the same standards Blueprint brings to advising clients.

Deeply Engaged in the Central Florida Community

Beyond the office, Stephanie is highly involved in the Central Florida community. She currently serves as Vice President of Community for the Junior League of Greater Orlando and as Fundraising Chair for the Harbor House Young Professionals Board. Her additional involvement includes organizations such as The Desire Foundation and the League of Women Voters, reinforcing her passion for service, advocacy, and meaningful impact.

Outside the Office

Originally from Montreal, Canada, and fluent in French, Stephanie has called Florida home for more than 25 years. She lives in Seminole County with her partner, Jordan, and their boxer, Penelope. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, Pilates, and exploring Central Florida’s restaurant scene.
