Growing our commercial real estate brokerage has never just been about adding names to a roster. We firmly believe in quality over quantity. We seek people who think the way we do about this business: that a lease or a purchase is not a transaction, it is a decision a business owner has to live inside of for the next five, ten, or twenty years. A strategic partnership for years to come.
Brianna "Violet" Permenter is one of those people, and we are glad to have her on the team.
Who She Is
Violet joins Blueprint Commercial as a Commercial Real Estate Advisor specializing in leasing and sales for the healthcare, wellness, and beauty industries. If you own a med spa, a dental practice, a salon suite concept, a physical therapy clinic, or a wellness studio, she is the person you want in the room. These are businesses with real estate requirements most brokers never think about: plumbing and electrical loads, ADA and licensing considerations, signage, parking ratios, co-tenancy that actually drives traffic, and buildout timelines that can make or break an opening date.
Her focus is helping owners identify where and when to expand, relocate, or open a new location in a way that supports long-term growth.
The Background
Violet was born in Orlando, spent 21 years in Frederick, Maryland, and came back to Central Florida five years ago. She earned her degree in Real Estate Investments and Entrepreneurship from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2018, where she concentrated on urban development, redevelopment, and community growth.
Through placemaking work centered on her college town, she got a close look at how real estate decisions shape a corridor such as which uses draw people in, which ones kill foot traffic, and how a single well-placed business can change the trajectory of a block. She brings that lens to every site she evaluates.
Violet has more than 10 years in the real estate industry, including experience supporting brokerage teams responsible for over $30 million in commercial real estate transactions. She has learned from some of Central Florida's top commercial brokers, and it shows in the way she prepares. She is detail-oriented to a degree that occasionally makes the rest of us look bad, she tracks market movement closely, and she does not walk into a client conversation without having already run the numbers.
Why She Fits Here
Our approach at Blueprint is pretty simple. We keep it real with clients, we do the unglamorous work of reading the 30 plus pages of landlord-favoring lease language so our tenants and buyers do not get buried in it, and we tell people the truth even when the truth is "not yet."
Violet operates the same way. Her approach is client-first and built on trust, preparation, and relationships that outlast any single deal. She is genuinely good at translating a business owner's growth plan into a real estate strategy, then executing it with creative, practical solutions instead of whatever listing happens to be convenient.
One thing worth mentioning for any business owner reading this: in the overwhelming majority of cases, tenant and buyer representation costs you nothing. The landlord or seller pays the commission. There is no reason to negotiate a 10-year obligation by yourself.
Off the Clock
When she is not working on deals, Violet plays tennis, runs in the evenings, and sews custom clothing for herself and her close friends. She is a proud wife to an Army veteran and a devoted dog mom to two Yorkiepoos.
