Stephanie Marsan is an Advisor with Blueprint Commercial who brings a relationship-driven, purpose-aligned approach to helping clients make confident, strategic decisions. A natural connector, she helps individuals and organizations align their resources, priorities, and long-term objectives to achieve meaningful and sustainable outcomes.
Stephanie’s background includes experience in talent acquisition and nonprofit development, supported by a strong foundation in client relations, account management, and strategic communications across multiple industries. She is adept at quickly understanding complex needs, asking the right questions, and guiding clients toward solutions that balance immediate objectives with long-term vision. Her approach to commercial real estate is consultative and collaborative, grounded in trust, clarity, and long-term relationships.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of South Florida and is a CCIM Candidate, having completed CCIM 101 and 102, the CCIM Mentorship Program (2025), and earning the CCIM 103 Scholarship for 2026. Stephanie remains actively engaged in the Central Florida community, currently serving as Vice President of Community for the Junior League of Greater Orlando and as Fundraising Chair for the Harbor House Young Professionals Board, with additional involvement in other nonprofits including The Desire Foundation and the League of Women Voters.
Originally from Montreal, Canada, and fluent in French, Stephanie has called Florida home for over 25 years. She lives in Seminole County with her partner, Jordan, and their boxer, Penelope. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, Pilates, and exploring Central Florida’s restaurant scene.
