Blueprint Commercial Welcomes Alberto L. Rivera, CGC To them team!

We're excited to announce that we've brought another new advisor to the Blueprint Commercial team. Alberto Luis Rivera, CGC, has joined the Blueprint Commercial team as an advisor focused on retail and office investment acquisitions and dispositions.

Alberto brings a background you don't see every day in commercial real estate: over a decade in residential and commercial construction before making the move into brokerage. That experience means he doesn't just look at a property's numbers on paper. He understands what it actually takes to run, maintain, and improve a building, from capital improvements to day to day operations. For clients buying or selling retail centers and office properties, that kind of practical perspective can be the difference between a deal that looks good and a deal that actually works

A few things to know about Alberto:

He holds both a Florida real estate license and a Florida Certified General Contractor (CGC) license, a combination that lets him evaluate investment properties with a contractor's eye for what's really going on behind the walls.

He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Central Florida and is currently working on his MBA with a Construction Management emphasis at Boise State University.

Originally from Puerto Rico and now based in Central Florida, Alberto is bilingual in English and Spanish, which helps him connect with an even wider range of clients and investors across our markets.

At his core, Alberto's approach is about listening first. He takes the time to understand what a client is actually trying to accomplish, walks through the options with them, and helps them land on decisions that make sense both right now and years down the road.

Outside of work, Alberto is focused on family, staying active, and constantly learning more about real estate and investing.
